Reservation
To make a reservation, we will send you an invoice as confirmation. The reservation will be effective only after making a deposit of 50% of the deposit.
Payment
To attend the surf lessons, the total amount of the invoice must be paid via Paypal or card. Only after the payment the reservation will be respected.
Cancellations
5 days is starts for a 50% refund, with no refunds after that.
Should Baja Cali Surf should cancel the surf activity, the amount paid will be refunded to the participant.
Risks
Participation in the surf activity with Baja Cali Surf is at your own risk!. Each participant must have a valid travel insurance to cover medical expenses. Baja Cali Surf is not responsible for force majeure, such as strikes, weather conditions, governmental interventions, causing delays shorten the stay of the participant, damage or loss of baggage in the in the surf trip or theft of belongings.
Customer Responsibility
All customers using leased or materials delivered to them by the team Baja Cali Surf, have a responsibility to use these products with great care. If a piece of equipment used becomes corrupted or if an item is stolen while in possession of the participant Baja Cali Surf charge the participant reasonable to repair or replace the item number.
Cancelation
Should a participant decide to cancel your booking for reasons beyond Baja Cali Surf once you have paid, you will not refund the amount.
